 Работещите в МБАЛ „ Д-р Н. Василиев” гр. Кюстендил осъждат остро и категорично смъртните присъди на петте български медицински сестри и палестинския лекар в Либия, произнесени отново на 19.12.2006 г. г. , по обвинение в умишлено заразяване на 426 деца с вируса на СПИН в детската болница “Ал Фатех” в Бенгази.
Като всички хора по света ние изразяваме своето дълбоко и искрено съчувствие към трагедията на заразените либийски деца и на техните семейства, но считаме, че обвиненията в предумишлено убийство чрез заразяване са безпочвени. Тези обвинения бяха отхвърлени от независими експерти с международна известност. Признанията са били изтръгнати чрез мъчения. Съгражданите и колегите ни са измъчени от неверните обвинения срещу тях и от факта, че вече почти осем години лежат в затвора. В тоя период са били нарушени много от човешките права на българските медицински сестри и на палестинския лекар, включително жестоко отношение и пълна изолация.

• It is a holder of Permit No MB - 15/11.04.2006, issued by the Minister of Health, for the following medical services: diagnostics and treatment of acute diseases, traumas, acute chronic diseases, states requiring surgical care in hospital conditions in the following main medical specialties: Internal diseases, pediatric diseases, gynecology and obstetrics, surgery, orthopedy and traumatology, urology, neurology, neurosurgery, anesthesiology and intensive care, eye diseases, ear, nose and throat diseases, infectious diseases, physiatrics and rehabilitation, laboratory, functional and image diagnostics, obstetric care, diagnostics and consultations requested by a physician from another medical institution, medico-cosmetical services.
